Hello, I am Raymond Eric Zahler. Thank you for visiting my main page.

My email address is litigious@gmail.com

My phone number is 206-388-3138.

The following is an index of my web pages. They are predominantly legal documents written by me. I am sorry to say some of the documents were sloppily written. I have a tendency to procrastinate unless the case is intellectually stimulating to me. I will master procrastination later, maybe. The documents are published here in the same condition as they were filed.

1457 Joinder.    This motion I WAS going to file to enjoin Yakima County into the case of Best v. Grant County. It greatly needs revision. I have a much different idea for a rewrite.

1458 Milton.      The city of Milton, Washington filed the criminal charge of driving while license suspended in the third degree, a misdemeanor. I filed this. On the date of the hearing the doors were locked and the lights were out. Case dismissed. The statute they charged me with has since been branded unconstitutional. The City of Milton court is oh so helpful. They do everything wrong. They violate everyone’s due process rights. I am working on an administrative claim for damages to submit to their risk management pool.

1459Special Appearance           This was filed in response to the Municipal Court of Seattle parking violation postcard. The postcard is a demand for money. It says a warrant for my arrest will be sent if I don’t pay. I have put together quite an administrative record for this case. The court admits they have no authority to send such a postcard. The public officials are trying to lay blame on other departments. I filed a bunch of stuff into the case before I went on vacation. I didn’t go to the last hearing in person, only in writing. I don’t know what happened yet. It is not high on my list of priorities. I call this case a win because they say they have change their policy about sending those postcards.

1460     Law Library Claim          This Claim for damages was filed with the Board of County Commissioners for Yakima County. I allege, among other things, that the County has denied me equal protection of the laws by excluding me from the law library. We have since filed a civil rights lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.

6964     version 1.06      This is the lawsuit Charles W. Moore, 509-457-8437, and I filed in the United State District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Case Number CV-05-3035-***. (The *** are supposed to be the judge’s initials. The third judge just filed an order of recusal. I will update the case number when they find a judge.) – Complaint for money damages, declaratory and injunctive relief under 42 USC 1983, et. seq. for denial of equal access to Litigator-funded Public Law Library. Class action. Jury Demanded.

Index                 This is the docket to case number CV-05-3035-***. The documents linked to are copied from the court’s PACER site. http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/

1469     Statement of ground for direct review – Is CrRLJ2.1c unconstitutional? – This case arose during the course of my investigation of some Yakima County officials, specifically the Yakima County Law Library Board of Trustees. Yakima County Deputy Prosecutor Martin Muench assaulted me during a public disclosure meeting. I filed criminal charges pursuant to CrRLJ2.1c. Judge M. McCarthy declared the court rule is unconstitutional. I appealed for direct review by the supreme court to settle the issue.
